Go Green Day-April 13th

Monday, April 22nd is Earth Day. The Shred Guy helps do our part every day by recycling all of the paper we shred. We recycled approximately tons of paper last year. To help raise awareness for recycling we are partnering with The Gleannloch Farms Women's Club and HOA to be part of the annual "Go Green Gleannloch" project.

The event will be held April 13th from 9 am - 12 pm at the Rec Center on Gleannloch Forest Drive. We will be shredding on-site. Bring any documents you want to securely dispose of. The paper will be shredded before your eyes and all shredded paper will be recycled.

This event will be fun for the whole family with food, various children's activities, booths with eco-friendly information and fantastic raffle prizes. The Women's Club will be selling trees to re-plant and re-green some of those that were lost during the drought of two years ago.

Lakewood UMC Shred Day Success

The shred day we had at Lakewood United Methodist Church was a success. We were not prepared for the turnout and had to leave about 1/2 way thorugh to go empty our truck to make room for more paper. Luckily, our friends at Federal International were kind enough to stay open a little late for us. We shredded and recycled about 5,500 lbs of paper. That is a great savings to the environment. We had wonderful weather for the event, too!

Shred Day Saturday, June 23rd

We are happy to be providing on-site document shredding this Saturday, June 23, 2012. The shred day will be hosted by Victoria Mullenix Real Estate Group. The cost is only a $10 donation and the proceeds will be donated to Impact a Hero. Impact A Hero is a non-partisan 501(c) (3) organization, created to provide a simple mechanism for individuals and corporations to help provide emotional and financial support for our severely wounded /disabled War on Terror veterans and their families.

Our truck will be at First Victoria Bank in Katy, Texas from 9:00 AM -12:00 PM. The address is 5005 South Mason Road, Katy, Texas 77450. It is at the corner of Mason Road and Fry Road across from Beck Junior High.

Shred Day Tomorrow

We want to let everyone know that we are having a shred day tomorrow, Wednesday, November 2nd. The shred day is being sponsored by Team Liberty Real Estate in Deer Park. The address is 4802 Center Street, Deer Park, Texas 77536. We will be there shredding paper from 12:00-3:00. Donations will be accepted and will benefit the Deer Park Helping Hands Food Bank. We are excited to be part of such a great cause, and we hope to help raise lots of money. Please stop by or refer anyone you know that may be able to benefit from the service.

Shred Day this Saturday

We are having a community shred day this Saturday, October 29th, from 10:00-2:00. This was previously advertised from 8:00-12:00, but there has been a time change. We will be at St. Mary's Episcopal Church. The address is 15415 North Eldridge Parkway, Cypress, Texas 77429. Donations will be accepted on behalf of the church. We hope to see you there!
