Go Green Day-April 13th

Monday, April 22nd is Earth Day. The Shred Guy helps do our part every day by recycling all of the paper we shred. We recycled approximately tons of paper last year. To help raise awareness for recycling we are partnering with The Gleannloch Farms Women's Club and HOA to be part of the annual "Go Green Gleannloch" project.

The event will be held April 13th from 9 am - 12 pm at the Rec Center on Gleannloch Forest Drive. We will be shredding on-site. Bring any documents you want to securely dispose of. The paper will be shredded before your eyes and all shredded paper will be recycled.

This event will be fun for the whole family with food, various children's activities, booths with eco-friendly information and fantastic raffle prizes. The Women's Club will be selling trees to re-plant and re-green some of those that were lost during the drought of two years ago.

Shred Day in Northwest Houston

We are partnering with Lakewood UMC in Northwest Houston to host a community shred day this Saturday, September 17th from 12-4. We will be providing on-site shredding services for anyone that comes out. Prices are heavily discounted: only $3/standard box or kitchen garbage bag and $5/large box or outdoor garbage bag. Community Shred Days Updated

We have recently added several new dates to our community shred day calendar. For our Central Texas residents and businesses we have a shred day this Saturday, July 16th. For our Houston area residents and businesses we have a shred day August 27th in Katy, a shred day September 17th near Tomball, a shred day September 24th in northwest Houston, and a shred day November 5th in Spring. Expanding our reach

The Shred Guy is happy to announce that we are expanding our customer base and service areas. We have recently added several customers just south of Houston. We service the following areas on a regularly scheduled basis, so if you or anyone you know needs shredding in these areas, tell them to give us a call. They can call Courtney at 281-970-4400. The southern areas include La Porte, Channelview, Webster. We are also gaining new customers and adding service dates for The Woodlands, Spring, Katy, Sugar Land, Humble, Cypress, and Tomball. We don't raise our prices for fuel or distance to any of these areas, so for quality shredding at a great price, call The Shred Guy!
